This unique revamp included a seven storey residential tower, including two floors of underground basement/carpark.
At over $2 Million for the formwork package, this was an extremely complex structure. With nearly 13,000m2 suspended slab across 7 floors, every level was a different structural design.
There were a large quantity of high suspended slabs, varying between 7 and 13.5m, with cantilevers. This project also
had an extensive wall package, with formed concrete, stair and lift cores, and large feature walls.
