A one of a kind architectural residential build, all formed concrete in this project was an Architectural Class 2 finish.
With an impressive cantilever on the face of Toowoomba range, TFC arranged the steel fixing, as well as the place and finish of the off form concrete structures.
The cantilevers all required precise precambering and detailed timed stripping procedures.
This home received the Darling Downs Home of the Year, along with TFC receiving the Trade Contractor of the Year award 2022.
